SOLID CARDBOARD PACKAGING
Manufactured from solid cardboard in weights from 210g – 600g with gray, white, cream or brown bottom, as well as from special colored cardboard. Full scope of forms according to ECMA catalogue – simple boxes, birthday cake boxes and complex constructions glued in six points.
Packaging of this type is printed offset on both sides (front and back) up to six colors with many types of enhancement, such as UV glossy or matte varnishes, hybrid, holographic Cast&Cure. What is more, a color scheme may be enriched by Coldfoil metalysis which gives a full range of metallic colors on white substrate. In the products made of solid cardboard we can apply Hotstamping and embossing or we can add foil insets.
BROWN CARDBOARD PACKAGING WITH OFFSET PRINTING
This type of packaging, also known as “Eco,” can come as laminated as well as solid cardboard. Use of the Kraftlinet brown cardboard packaging makes our products look very eco-friendly and thanks to the offset print, the quality of printed graphic is very high and visible. Full scope of Ecma and Fefco forms. Packaging may be enhanced by hotstamping, embossing as well as by gloss and matt foils.
LAMINATED PACKAGING
This type pf packaging combines the quality of offset printing and the rigidity and thickness of corrugated cardboard. It may serve as display packaging while fulfilling a very good protective function. Very wide range of forms according to Fefco catalog as well as individual projects. A large scope of packaging size – from small boxes of E wave to large packaging of 5-layer waves BE and BC. The packaging may be enriched by many ways – glossy or matte UV varnishes , hybrid, holographic Cast&Cure or by coldfoil metallization, which gives a full range of metallic colors obtained on a white substrate, hotstamping, embossing, foil insets.
CORRUGATED PACKAGING
Very stylish and representing type of packaging – the so-called Giftboxes. Made of 4-layer cardboard, corrugated on the outside, what creates the Eco-effect. Designed and made on the basis of majority of items in Fefco catalogue, as well as with respect to individually-designed forms. They can be printed in flexographic technology or enhanced with embossing, hotstamping and additional underlining to create a 3D effect.
DIE-CUT PACKAGING MADE OF CORRUGATED CARDBOARD
A full range of forms according to FEFCO catalogue, as well as products designed individually (pizza boxes, giftboxes, bottle baskets, etc.) It may be made of E, B, C, EB or BC white or grey corrugated cardboard with flexographic print. The packaging may be produced with an automatic or glued bottom or using other form solutions, such as small displays. We also have the ability to paste tear tapes and adhesive tapes – an ideal solution for shipping packages where you need a quick closure of the package (sealing with pasted tape) and quick opening by tearing the perforation. Another additional string of adhesive tape lets your customer send the shipping back in the same packaging.
Die-cut packaging works well as book cartons or shipping cartons for other smaller products.
They are also perfect as pizza packaging.
UNUSUAL FORMS
Apart from standard types of packaging provided in Fefco and ECMA catalogue, we may design almost every form, such as Advent Calendars, gift packaging of unusual and irregular shapes, bottle baskets, pet carriers or first cribs for infants. Each of these products may be manufactured from laminated or solid cardboard, with full offset printing and the full range of enhancements including additional plastic accessories.
DISPLAYS AND EXPOSITORS
We are able to construct forms for promoting your products in stores, on counters and shelves. Made with offset printing technology in full color and a whole range of enhancements (Coldfoil, UV and Holographic Cast&Cure varnishes, foils or hotstamping) or in cheaper versions with flexo printing up to 2 colors. A wide range of forms designed mainly according to individual needs of every customer.
STANDS
Large and often very complex forms designed to sell products directly from a stand standing on the floor of a store. A wide range of forms manufactured mainly at the customer’s request but also according to standards given in the catalogue of ready-made forms. They are produced using laminated cardboard with offset printing, or in a cheaper version, with flexo printing. We also have the ability to make small series of this type of form (from 1 piece) with UV digital printing and cut on cutting plotters.
TRANSPORT FLAP PACKAGING
Made of white and grey cardboard with thicknesses from 1.5 mm to 7 mm using E, B, C, EB, BC waves. We can provide them with flexo printing up to 2 colors (logos, pictograms EAN codes, descriptions). Manufactured on automatic machines that allow production without the use of dedicated die-cutters, but can have universal die-cutting elements such as handles, holes, etc. We may provide this type of packaging with accessories (without using die-cuts), such as: lattices, dividers, wrappers and others.
Flap packaging is perfect for the purpose of moving out or palletizing.
